Attorney Deborah L. Eldridge
Deborah L. Eldridge was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Economics, in 1986. After working as a claims adjuster handling primarily workers compensation claims, Ms. Eldridge entered law school at the University of Florida's Frederic Levin College of Law, graduating, cum laude, in 1993.
For the past eighteen years, Ms. Eldridge has devoted her practice primarily to the handling of workers' compensation and other related employment matters. She has represented both injured workers and employers. Currently, Ms. Eldridge's practice is devoted to representing injured workers in the workers' compensation arena, employees in employment and labor disputes, and the disabled in Social Security matters.
Ms. Eldridge is admitted to all of the courts in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She has been a voting member of the Division of Insurance Fraud's, Workers' Compensation Fraud Task Force since 2007, with her initial membership dating back to 2004. As a voting member, she has been the past chair of the Legislative Sub-Committee She is on the board of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund. |
