Attorney Nadine Appleton
Nadine Bailey Appleton grew up all over the world as the daughter of a
U.S. Army Officer. She graduated from Bloomingdale High School outside
of Tampa, Florida in 1992. After graduating from Stamford University,
with honors, in 1996, Mrs. Bailey Appleton obtained her Juris Doctorate
from Florida State University in 1998. While in law school, Mrs. Bailey
Appleton completed an internship at the Hillsborough County State Attorney's
Office, where she gained valuable criminal law experience and completed
her first non-jury and jury trials.
After being admitted to The Florida Bar in April of 1999, Mrs. Bailey Appleton
returned to work at the State Attorney's Office in Tampa, where she
served as a trial attorney for over 8 years. During her service as a prosecutor,
Mrs. Bailey Appleton successfully prosecuted thousands of cases against
juveniles and adults. Those cases included misdemeanors and common traffic
offenses, such as DUI, petit theft and battery, as well as serious felonies,
such as drug trafficking and vehicular homicide.
Since 2007, Mrs. Bailey Appleton has used her significant experience as
a prosecutor and trial lawyer to protect and preserve the rights of individuals
charged with criminal offenses in the Tampa Bay area.
