Polk County Traffic Fatalities

The Polk County Sheriff's Office investigated two traffic fatalities that occurred over the weekend.  On Saturday night, Christopher Ross Williams, driving a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, failed to negotiate a curve and drove off the roadway in Lake Wales.  Patrick Keith Polk was riding a motorcycle in Winter Haven when he left the roadway and struck a pedestrian, William George Scott, who had just walked out of the mobile home park where he lives.
